With due respect, I beg to inform you that kindly arrange to stop smoking in the platforms and in the running trains. For it has been difficult to sit /stand in the running trains running in Sealdah Division of Eastern Railway. Kindly initiate patrolling by RPF staff and TC in running trains to fine Rs. 500/- for smoking in the running trains/ platforms. 3rd line from NH to RHA of Sealdah Division is very essential.
